As soon as we receive an offer, we will present that offer to you.  We will come to you armed with as much information about the offer, the perspective buyer, and their desires.  Our goal is to help you understand the qualifications of the buyer, and their motivation to purchase your home.  We then will discuss with you our beliefs regarding the quality of the offer, and our suggested strategy to help you to reach a deal that you feel good about, and that is most likely to result in a successful transaction.

You will ultimately make the decision as to whether we accept the buyers offer, or whether we counter it with new terms, and if so, what those new terms are.  We will help you to know what the likely outcome is for each possible strategy that you might consider.  With each new counter offer, we communicate with you immediately.  When in negotiations, there are no lags in communication.  We don’t want a buyer to have second thoughts.
